A Practice Shaped by Family and Shared Values
For Dr. Harsini, building Smile Dental Clinics has become about much more than dentistry. It has also become a family story.
When he and Toni began dating in 2015, he recognized that her strengths could bring a valuable perspective to the practice. They were careful about working together at first, but what began as a 60-day experiment helping with a few projects eventually grew into a true partnership.
Today, Dr. Harsini focuses on clinical care, patient outcomes, and the long-term vision of Smile Dental Clinics, while Toni leads the operational side of the practice. Together, they have built the business while also building a marriage and raising their daughter, Eliana.
The values they share as a family are reflected in how they lead the practice: Communication, Adaptability, Responsibility, and Excellence, or CARE. For Dr. Harsini, that means continuing to learn, being honest with patients, listening carefully, and helping people feel informed and comfortable with the decisions they make about their dental health.
After all these years, some of what he is most proud of extends beyond the dentistry itself. It is knowing that something he and Toni built together has positively affected patients, team members, and their own family along the way.
