Erica is very nice, honest, and caring, I loved meeting Dr H and the photo he did if me brought me a sense of hope. I am really praying that I can get my dental care done in this practice. When Erica first came up and said she would be taking care of me,she wasn't lying she explained everything that was going to happen right down to the financial part of it,and that she was going to do whatever she had to,to help me get my dental implants that made me feel extremely good so I am praying she can make it happen for me,I really want procedure done,I had a not so good experience with another company which it ended up with me not getting implants Erica looks to be extremely caring young lady don't lose her she's an asset to your company thank you very much !!!!

Phoenix Smile Dentist Office absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. The office itself is spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease.The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about patient comfort and long-term dental health, not just getting you in and out. Fear of dentists & pain have kept me from going to the dentist for over 20 years.A team of 4 individuals helped me while I was there. All 4 had the best and most calming bedside manner helping me get through the x-rays, explaining in great detail what was required.I was anticipating a full set of dentures, but they assured me my teeth were good and I just needed the deep cleaning.I booked two follow-up visits for the deep cleaning and now am actually looking forward to having that work done.I would recommend them to anyone, but especially those with anxiety and fear of dentists.

Friendly and honest. My case is complex and Dr. Eddie referred me to another dentist that was better suited to deal with my case. The patient advocate was amazing and gave detailed information. Highly recommend.

My first time there a few days ago everyone was so friendly and helpful. Talked me through all my procedures and explain to me what was each step. They made me feel like they care and very comfortable. I love that I switched my dentist office there . Looking forward to my next appointment.
