Invisalign® Go
For patients who are interested in straightening their teeth, there are a number of orthodontic treatments available. One of the most popular treatments among our patients is Invisalign®. Invisalign treatment utilizes clear aligner trays to slowly transition teeth into the desired position. Previously, we would give an estimate of the length of treatment and the number of trays needed. Scanned images of the teeth would then be sent to Invisalign® and, after about two weeks, we would receive the company’s recommendation on the accurate length of treatment. The drawback to this method is the two-week waiting period. We know that many of our patients are excited to start treatment as soon as possible.
We have listened to our patients and are proud to announce that we are now using a new tool – Invisalign® Go. This method makes use of an app that gives an immediate length of treatment direct from Invisalign® in 5 minutes for most cases. Images of the teeth are uploaded to the app, and the former two weeks of waiting is completed in 5 minutes. The biggest benefit of these faster results is the short consultation time. If you have been on the fence in deciding whether Invisalign® is something you are interested in trying, we are thrilled to announce that we are offering free consultations for this treatment.
